While Grate Products sells its products to many contractors all over the United States and Canada it has an elite group of Grate Products Certified Companies who represent us in their respective territories.
These Grate Products Certified Companies must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend Grate Products Certified Training and successfully pass our Grate Products Certification Test.
- Attend ongoing Grate Products trainings designed to keep them up to date with the latest industry information. (10 CPE Credits every 2 years)
- They MUST also hold a valid Basement Health Association Certified Waterproofing Specialist (CWS) certificate. This Basement Health Association’s CWS certification is the only independent industry recognized certification for basement waterproofing.
- Grate Products Certified Companies must commit to use only our industry leading basement drainage products. This ensures that the customer will only be offered the best products available.
- Be licensed in the State (s) they do business in. (if required)
- Be properly insured – (they must carry at least 1 million dollar in general liability and also carry worker’s compensation on their employees)
- They must agree to not use any high pressure sales tactics while dealing with our Grate Products clients.
